Visa Expired Problem

I'm from tunisia, unfortunately i didn't have the knowledge about the visa type policies. My problem was that i came here with a personal visa "with a single trip type" for a Saudi citizen and he was thinking that he able to renew it , so when the time of renewal came he try to make it on "Absher" but it wasn't possible , he was thinking that it was technical problem on the app, so he didn't give it an interest , so the result saddly was that the visa expired and i didn't get out from saudi arabia . In that manner i wanted to know what can i do to get out without as much problems as able to evade.
Hope you answer me , and that what i expect from the people of my country. THANKS IN ADVANCE <3

Tourist Visa For Tunisia

I am seeking a tourist visa for a short stay in the end of August 2024. However, i have applied for the visa in the Tunisian consulate in Bonn in Germany in the month of June 2024. SO far have not heard from the consulate. Neither they answer phone calls or respond to mails. Moreover the consulate had not given any acknowledgement of the visa application received by them. I am tired of calling them as it s not easy to travel 200 km to get a response. Please advise if i can get a e-visa. I am an Indian national living in Germany with a Blue card.
