Sr. Moezeddine Sinaoui, Embajador MISSING: Mohammed Talvi, Tunisian, working in Rome, Italy. Missing since March 22, 2026, at 5:11 AM Rome time. Good morning! I am calling 0039068603060 and 003906852561 in an emergency, NO ANSWER, not working today March 31, 2026 13.30 pm Rome Italy time. Consulate of Tunisia in Rome, Italy. I contacted the Consulate of Tunisia in Argentina +54 11 4545-5149, which I am also reporting. HELP!! You can't imagine how disgusted I was, the urge to vomit, and the monster who answered my call. Attached is a phone call from my cell phone number +59891495164 (the official who answered the call spoke like Oscar, like a dirty narco-terrorist father (remember Giacomo 00393762917810, the Italian scumbag who goes to the NGO Wer Care Hub Rome, Italy, how disgusting) of Giorgio Meloni, president of Italy, and like Meloni, you saw that they are under investigation, already with one foot in jail, Giorgio Meloni, president of Italy. It's all so unpleasant. The woman from the Tunisian consulate in Argentina says to look for someone who speaks Spanish, or English, or French. Imagine if I answered her like a madwoman. Anyway.... Mohamed Talvi is from Tunisia, he is my husband, and he is working in Rome, Italy, on a construction project (I have photos and videos, which I am attaching so you can decipher the address of the construction project where he works, and where he is from). He is asleep. He disappeared last Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 5:11 a.m. His phone number, which has been switched off since then, is +39 351 150 2413. I urgently need help from the Tunisian Consulate in Rome, Italy, to activate the search protocol. I have already reported the case to ICMP; the number is 217170 - 66979. I reiterate that I am attaching evidence and information for the search, in Spanish, so I ask the Uruguayan Consulate in Italy for help with the translation. I urgently need my husband to be found. What if he is your husband? Son? Brother? He needs to be found NOW! It's not the same as being dead and knowing he is, as being MISSING without answers and without having done any harm to humanity. On the contrary, I absolutely want him safe and sound with me, HIS ONLY WIFE, so we can continue our FULL and DIGNIFIED life! On May 6, 2026, we moved to Türkiye together as a family. JUSTICE! Regards, María Fabiana Duarte Larrañaga Passport D56433

Dear Sir or Madam, I am a Taiwanese passport holder currently traveling in Germany. I plan to travel to Italy soon and would like to apply for a tourist visa to Tunisia during my stay in Rome. May I kindly ask if your embassy can accept my visa application under these circumstances? If yes, I would be very grateful if you could provide me with the required documents, procedure, and whether I need to make an appointment in advance. Thank you very much for your assistance, and I look forward to your reply. Sincerely, Chih-Chen Lee

ANTHONY OUBA
Dear support team, I am Anthony Ouba from the "Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute" and I am contacting you regarding the visa applications for my colleagues, Louis Hadjioannou and Eleni Christoforou, and myself. We plan to travel to Tunisia from November 25 to 30 to attend a workshop in the framework of the European project "iMERMAID" held in Golden Carthage hotel & residence. The required documents were sent over a month ago to the honorary consulate in Cyprus and the consulate of Tunisia in Rome, along with the confirmation of our hotel booking on Oct 23 (to the Consulate of Tunisia in Rome). Actually, we are experiencing communication difficulties with the consulate of Tunisia in Rome and haven't received any response regarding the next steps, visa issuance, instructions for sending our passports or if it is even possible to have it now!! Could you please assist us in resolving this urgent matter? We would greatly appreciate your support.
