Dear support team, I am Anthony Ouba from the "Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute" and I am contacting you regarding the visa applications for my colleagues, Louis Hadjioannou and Eleni Christoforou, and myself. We plan to travel to Tunisia from November 25 to 30 to attend a workshop in the framework of the European project "iMERMAID" held in Golden Carthage hotel & residence. The required documents were sent over a month ago to the honorary consulate in Cyprus and the consulate of Tunisia in Rome, along with the confirmation of our hotel booking on Oct 23 (to the Consulate of Tunisia in Rome). Actually, we are experiencing communication difficulties with the consulate of Tunisia in Rome and haven't received any response regarding the next steps, visa issuance, instructions for sending our passports or if it is even possible to have it now!! Could you please assist us in resolving this urgent matter? We would greatly appreciate your support.
