Hello. My daughter, son in law and I will be traveling to Istanbul next month to meet his mother, who is a resident of Tunisia. She has a passport and proof of a return flight, but does not have a credit card or bank account to show financial proof. My daughter and I are US Citizens/passport holders (but live in Carcavelos), and we will be hosting her. We can provide proof of accommodation but were not sure what other information to provide her to show on departure. I would greatly appreciate your clarification of what would be considered appropriate proof of financial responsibility as we want her trip to be as easy as possible as she has not had much experience traveling.
