Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request your advice if I am eligible to request a short-term Tunisia visa in Montreal, Canada. I hold a Cambodian passport. I will travel to Ottawa for a meeting on 26 May to 06 June 2025. I plan to join an annual meeting of the United Cities and Local Government of Africa (UCLG) Capacity and Institutional Building (CIB) Working Group in Tunis on 16-19 June 2025. My team member, Mr. Pok Sokundara, does not travel to Canada, he also holds a Cambodia passport, can I bring his document and submit for a visa in Montreal? Can I use express service for visa requests? Or can I use an e-visa application? Kindly advise. With best regards
