Also do we need to book an appointment to drop off passport and application, or can we just turn up. Are you only open certain hours ? Thanks

We are visiting Tunis as part of a cruise - we will be there for approx 10 hours. Can a Kenya passport holder attain a transit visa for Tunisia online ? If no can we lodge the application with you in Bali and have you courier back the passport ? How would I pay the fees - online, Western Union ?? Do you accept cash at the Consulate ? Many thanks
