Dear Madam, Dear Sir, I hope all is well! I am a German citizen, currently on vacation in Tunisia. In a couple of weeks (27 March) I will start an assignment as election observer with the EU in the Philippines for about two months. I thought we would request e-visa but I learned today the official agreement is to apply in-person at the nearest consulate/embassy. Usually it is a business double entry visa, but I am still awaiting further details from Brussels. My question is whether I can apply here in Tunis and how long it would take to process the visa? How to book an appointment with you? If I need to deal with this in Germany I would need to abort my holidays which literally just started, which is not my favoured option.
